Raratonga was well-equiped and pleasantly charming with a great location close to the beach and restaurants and a grocery store. Staff is incredibly helpful with information about fun things do, making arrangements, reservations, etc... and just all around pleasant. Would certainly recommend it. |

Hotel Raratonga is a fantastic place to spend your time while in Santa Teresa! The hosts are nothing short of charming, amiable and accomodating. There is no question where I would recommend someone to stay in Santa Teresa. |

I just wanted to say that my stay at Raratonga was nothing but enjoyable. The hospitality was amazing and the hosts were genuine. I know exactly where I am staying when I go back to Santa Teresa. Even though I had a bit of a snag at the end with my credit card Alesia was very understanding and took a huge burden off of my shoulders. I thank you for that. This is the place to stay for sun and surf in the beautiful country of Costa Rica. |

The Raratonga is a wonderful, restful place to stay. Our family of four was very comfortable. Alessia and her husband went out of their way to help us with everything from extra towels to phone calls. The place is neat, clean, comfortable and classy! |

You were wonderful hosts and thank\'s to you i\'ve enjoyed my stay at St. Teresa even more. I am only jealous that you can live at such beautiful place  . hope to come back again!!!
p.s. On the way from St. Teresa to Montezuma the guy from Budget took us with his car, cause our tire was empty...and somewhere in between the surfboard got lost. I was freaking like a madwoman. Of course we did not find it, so i m hoping to get at least some money back. will see.

Thank you again for the brilliant trip we had over xmas. We loved the hotel and yourself and Stefano made us feel really welcome and were very helpful. The hotel offers great value, the rooms were clean, well equipped and the entrance to one of the best surf spots on santa teresa beach is under 5 mins walk away. There are some fantastic restaurants within a few minutes walk like Kiki and Milo melo and if you want to head to the noisier playa carmen end of santa teresa its about a 25 minute walk so easy to get too but is not on top of it so you get some peace too!!
